Trading

The Group’s trading business is mainly conducted through its wholly-owned subsidiary China Strategic Metal and Minerals Limited (“CSM”) which is principally engaged in the procurement and supply of metal minerals and coke products. CSM mainly sources from suppliers in Middle East, South America and South East Asia, and sells and ships goods to customers in Mainland China and other countries. The Group is also engaged in the trading of electronic components including LCD panel. The Executive Committee of the Company monitors the daily operations of the Group’s trading business.
